Form 720: Quarterly Federal Excise Tax Form 720 is due now for the Second quarter of 2018. There are several categories for which one has to file Quarterly excise tax form 720 like Indoor tanning, environmental tax etc., but PCORI Tax which is filed only once a year is also due along with second Quarter Form 720.
